KitKat Chunky Salted Caramel Popcorn is the latest limited edition bar from Nestlé.
The 42g bar (rrp 70p) features the brand’s classic wafer alongside an indulgent layer of salted caramel popcorn filling and will be available from 2 August.
Caramel is the most popular milk chocolate variant in the UK, purchased by 64% of all UK households (Kantar Worldpanel | 52w/e 9 August 2020 | Total Confectionery). Meanwhile, penetration of salted caramel has trebled in the last four years, and one in four shoppers have tried a salted caramel product (Kantar Worldpanel | 52w/e 30 December 2020 | Total Chocolate Confectionery).
The launch will be supported with social media and out of home activation that will also include KitKat Chunky Milk and KitKat Chunky Peanut Butter.

KitKat Chunky was launched in 1999 and over the years it has been frequently innovated to deliver exciting flavours, including Peanut Butter, Hazelnut, Coconut, Chocolate Fudge and New York Cheesecake.
