Cannabidiol (CBD) specialist Trip is expanding its reach in the wholesale and convenience channels as its CBD drink launches into Bestway Wholesale.
The wholesaler is stocking the functional wellness drink in Peach Ginger and Elderflower Mint variants.
Each of the lightly sparkling drinks contains 15mg of CBD and adaptogens to help the body to unwind. The drinks have an RRP of £2.
George Meller, wholesale & impulse lead at Trip, says: “Price inflation has been directly impacting the performance of the soft drinks category, however during this time, the functional drinks subcategory has delivered both value and volume growth [IRI]. Within functional drinks, CBD drinks contributed the highest growth to the category and with Trip representing 88% of the CBD drinks category, Trip is the brand driving the growth [IRI].”
