Wing Yip, the specialist Oriental food supplier, has added to its dessert range with Nature’s Charm Coconut Custard.
The vegan product, originating from Thailand, is a dairy-free alternative to custard, supplied in 400ml cans. The custard can be enjoyed hot or cold, and is suitable for dishes such as trifles, as an Asian-style filling for a vegan Taiyaki, and as a topping on traditional dessert dishes.
