Dennis and Linda take part in the annual My Shop Is Your Shop campaign, putting on a week of activities including promotions, sampling and an in-store trolley dash!

Staff go out of their way to help the elderly, and are well aware of the importance of tailoring their approach to the needs of different customers. Linda and Dennis are always looking to improve their customer service, even organising third party customer and staff surveys. This is followed up with bespoke training sessions to ensure staff are on top of their game.
