Caffe Latte Starbucks red cup festive chilled coffee

Starbucks is bringing back its red RTD chilled coffee cups of Caffè Latte and Frappuccino Mocha for Christmas.

The brand claims that 34% of Starbucks’ RTD sales are in the three summer months, meaning that there is a huge incremental opportunity to drive out of season sales. 

Laura Scott, senior commercial marketing manager says: “Mirroring the Starbucks’ Coffee Houses, Starbucks Red Cup RTD truly marks the start of the festive season for many consumers. Not only does the eye-catching Christmas themed design offer some festive fun to consumers, but it increases stand out on shelf, at a time when footfall to the chilled drinks fixture tends to be lower.”
