With the Pancake Day occasion getting bigger each year Premier Foods will be hoping to flip up sales for retailers on March 8 with the launch of McDougalls Pancake Mix. The mix is available in two sizes 128g which makes eight pancakes and 500g which makes 32 pancakes. The launch is being supported by a marketing campaign that features online activity.
