Premier Foods is planning to revolutionise the ambient part-bake bread sector with the Hovis Homebake range. Hovis is the first major bread brand to enter this market and hopes that it will provide additional sales for the ambient bread sector.

The Hovis Homebake range will include a four-pack of granary rolls, four-pack of white rolls, a white bloomer and granary bloomer, all made from 100% British wheat. The range will be introduced on September 5.
