The premium brand’s new look reinforces Green & Black’s commitment to ethically sourced cocoa, and high quality chocolate. Moreover, the packaging refresh for its five Dark bars (70% Dark, 85% Dark, Ginger, Maya Gold, and Hazelnut & Currant) will be registered with The Vegan Society.
The packaging also showcases a category-first Chocolate Intensity Scale on pack. The scale, located prominently on the front of pack, has been developed alongside experts in taste and helps guide consumers through the range, encouraging them to discover the best bar suited to their taste preference.
The brand, which is celebrating its 30-year anniversary, will also star in a new marketing campaign, including Video-On-Demand, Out-Of-Home advertising, social media and PR.
Susanne Nowak, brand manager for Green & Black’s and Mondelēz International said “Green & Blacks’ unmistakable taste is a treat for the senses and we wanted to bring that feeling to life with the new look– it’s bold and stands out on shelf while paying homage to the heritage of our much-loved brand.”
The packaging update follows the launch of Green & Black’s new creative platform Wildly, Deliciously, Organic.
