Noble Foods is collaborating with Disney UK to create a free range egg selection that carries the Disney Kitchen packaging design.
Designed for kids and available to convenience stores now, the egg boxes feature images from Disney’s Frozen 2 (launching in UK cinemas on 22 November 2019) and come in a mixed weight x 10 format (rrp £2.00). All packs are printed with the British Lion food safety mark.
“Children under the age of 15 are missing out on roughly 110 million egg meal occasions annually [Noble Foods, independently commissioned research, 2018] ,” said Matt Davis, marketing controller at Noble Foods. “The partnership with Disney Kitchen allows us to support parents by offering them an unprocessed product that’s made more enticing with the Disney characters that children know and love.”
Davis added: “Eggs are a great source of protein and offer consumers fantastic value for money. They are also a source of selenium to boost the immune system, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper [NHS, Eat well, live well, January 2018]. This collaboration aligns with Disney’s Healthy Living commitment, whereby their incredible characters and storytelling can encourage positive behaviour for families.”
