Anchor Butter is giving the cows a break in its new ad with a party to celebrate the brand’s 125th birthday. Fresh from the ‘Made by Cows’ campaign, the cows are now seen getting ready for a party in the barn next door to the dairy. The ad, on TV now for three weeks, then back in July, kicks off the brand’s 2011 campaign which features an online ‘Coweoke’ contest, a 3D cinema campaign until the end of July, outdoor and public transport this month and an on-pack offer to win one of 125 prizes for 125 days from mid July. The birthday celebration, which will include branded memorabilia, will be supported instore with POS.
