Subway has announced a trial of a new delivery service with Just Eat, which will allow customers to order Subway food using the Just Eat app and website.
The trial will take place at 31 stores in London, Leeds and Manchester. There will be the option for all Subway stores, including concessions within convenience stores, to opt into the Just Eat delivery service, providing they meet the company’s eligibility criteria.
Subway said it planned to roll the service out to more than 500 sites across the UK by the end of the year.
Customers can use the service at any time, including weekends, for delivery to a location of their choice. Last year, Burger King and KFC also partnered with Just Eat to offer a delivery service from their sites.
Subway UK and Ireland marketing director Sacha Clark said: “We’re delighted to announce the Just Eat delivery trial, making it even easier for our customers to enjoy their subs, salads and sharing platters anywhere, at any time. We look forward to seeing the results and being able to roll out delivery nationwide.”
