Nestlé Waters is letting one retailer become the host to its ’Hydration Station’ water display unit and providing enough stock to keep it full for one month.

The Nestlé Pure Life station is designed to increase bottled water sales and help customers stay hydrated. The unit has already been displayed outside Dilip Patel’s Spar store, in Chester Court, near Regent’s Park.

He said: “We were pleased to be contacted by the Nestlé Pure Life team to host the Hydration Station for a day and see how this simple addition increased footfall. Placing the display right outside the store drew shoppers into the shop who were perhaps not already considering a purchase with us.

”I am delighted that the activation led to increased bottled water sales versus the previous week. It can sometimes be easy to forget to drink enough water in our busy days, so my mission is to champion my community to do so this more often.”

Silika Shellie, head of category and shopper development at Nestlé Waters, said: “We’re delighted with the results of the Hydration Stations visit to its first store and are now offering another lucky retailer the opportunity to host the display. At Nestlé Waters, we champion the importance of staying hydrated and want to work with independent retailers to help them share that message with their own communities.”
