The new lemon-flavoured Schulstad Royal Danish Pastry Swirl contains lemon curd filling and lemon peel pieces. It is hoped that the lemon flavour will appeal to women and younger consumers as it is perceived to be a lighter taste than more traditional pastry flavours.
