A gang operating an international credit card scam which targeted forecourt stores has been jailed. The fraudsters used a warehouse to store cloning equipment, blank credit cards and camera footage of customers at sites across the country. The conmen bribed staff and took over petrol stations and as part of the scam. Drivers would fill up and pay, unaware that secret cameras were filming them keying their PINs into card readers. Three men admitted conspiring to defraud between January 1, 2007 and March 13 this year.
