From what I don't understand if you look at Bestway in Cardiff it is literally round the corner from Blakemore (3 mins walking distance)

Why would they buy a Cash & Carry when they already have one in same location?

It will be Bestway as they won't operate under another name.

Its going to be too costly running both sites?

Customers are not going to choose between one to go they will just go to one of the two, depending on where they been regular they'll most likely stick with same place if all prices and ranges are the same.
