My husband and I live opposite the back of the Spar, in a house on Whatley Drive which overlooks the river. Since we moved in 18 months ago, we have not had a proper night's sleep due to the extremely bright lights which shine directly into our bedroom window. These lights are situated at the back of the Spar and my husband has complained to you. However, nothing has been done. Please would you address this issue as a matter of urgency.
