I am absolutely disgusted with these pack of 19 Lambert's to buy a packet took one out to leave my Nan half of a cigarette and as I took one out of the packet I accidentally snapped it. As I looked not once twice but 3 TIMES it seen which looked a clump of animal hair have kept it in a little bag have showed relatives which has confirmed it looks like Fibre Glass/hoover dust. Absolutely appauled and is taking this further. Most of my colleges in work smoke these and most of my relatives and they are all absolutely shocked and have not touched them since. I want to make a direct complaint to your company once I find the address. I will be sending these pack of fags back with what I have found in one of them.
