SHS Drinks has added tequila Mex to its portfolio, marking the brand’s UK debut.
Mex is already available in over 20 countries worldwide, the portfolio includes classic silver and gold tequilas, alongside lines such as Mex Tequila Cream and the spiced tequila-based spirit Mex Spiced.
SHS Drinks will lead the UK distribution, marketing and activation of Mex, managed within the company’s Venture Brands business unit, which also includes other brands with strong consumer appeal, such as Shandy Shack.
Mex will initially focusing on the on-trade, with an off-trade launch planned, which will led by the 70cl Tequila Cream, supported by 5cl miniatures, designed for trial and gifting.
