Republic Technologies has unveiled a major overhaul of its matches range with the launch of new packaging and npd.
The relaunch includes new designs for core brands such as Swan and Cook that aim to appeal to a broader and younger audience.
In addition, Republic Technologies is also introducing a pocket-size Swan match, as well as modernising its Bryant & May and Ship matches.
Gavin Anderson general sales manager for Republic Technologies, said: “We’re confident that such a comprehensive move involving some of Britain’s best-known match brands will reinvigorate the category, enabling retailers to boost profits by aligning specific match brands to different usage occasions.”
The relaunch will be backed by a consumer PR and marketing programme throughout the summer.
