Durex has introduced a bigger pack size in a bid to increase volume sales in the convenience sector.

At present the convenience sector represents 4% of all condoms sold and makers Reckitt Benckiser says that c-stores - with later opening hours and typical shopper behaviour - represent an opportunity to drive availability in this market.

The larger packs contain six condoms and retail at £5. They are also available in pricemarked packs.
