Dash Water has returned as the official soft drink partner for Alcohol Change UK’s 2026 Dry January challenge.
The flavoured sparkling water brand will support participants in the global challenge that saw 8 million people in the UK stay alcohol-free in January 2025 and a further 8.8 million cut down over the month, according to Alcohol Change UK.
“Our mission has always been to make simple, delicious drinks that benefit people and the planet,” said Dash co-founder Jack Scott. “We use real fruit - the same fruit farmers can’t sell because it’s too wonky for supermarkets - and add water and bubbles. This year, we’re focused on showing people they can have it all. You can go dry without giving up great taste and good times.”
“The Dry January challenge isn’t about restriction - it’s about discovery. It’s a reminder that you can feel good, sleep better, and still enjoy your nights out. As the Official Soft Drink for 2026, we want to make that switch easy. Dash gives you something grown-up, refreshing, and delicious to reach for - without the sugar, calories, or hangover.
“For anyone planning to take on the Dry January challenge this year, don’t think of it as giving something up - think of it as having more. More energy, more focus, more mornings you can really enjoy.”
