
Bakery manufacturer Bridor has introduced a new gourmet pastry to its collection, the Praline & Hazelnut Swirl.
The Viennese puff pastry features a generous hazelnut and praline filling, enhanced by a topping of crushed hazelnuts for stand-out visual appeal on the counter.
Available in a convenient ready-to-bake format, the 100g pastry is “perfect for shops and cafés, providing customers with an elevated breakfast option alongside a hot drink or a delicious, sweet treat throughout the day,” Bridor said.
