Country Choice has launched a range of ‘fully assembled’ breakfast muffins. Available in two breakfast-friendly varieties - Bacon Muffin and Sausage Muffin - the products are delivered frozen, ready-assembled and individually wrapped in ovenable film.
The new Bacon Muffin comprises a white English muffin filled with two rashers of unsmoked back bacon, while the Sausage Muffin is a white English muffin filled with three herby Cumberland chipolata pork sausages. The muffins are defrosted overnight and then take 18 minutes to bake in the oven. They can be displayed in a suitable heated cabinet for up to two hours.
