Bestway has launched a new promotional programme which rewards retailers who buy its selected ‘core range’ products.
Every £1 spent on core range products will see retailers accrue points which can be redeemed as vouchers to spend in depot or online by December 31. Some key lines will be worth double, triple or quadruple points.
The ‘Core range programme’ will also enable retailers to access key category insights and merchandising plans throughout the year via 10 ‘core category features’, and five ‘seasonal event features,’ including summer drinks, BBQ, and back to school. Leading brands and offers will be featured during these key selling times to help maximise sales through shopper promotions.
The first core category feature focusing on personal care and spirits is available now until March 28.
The three-tiered ‘knowledge, range and reward’ approach would give retailers the tools to grow their businesses, Bestway managing director Younus Sheikh said.
“We want to give retailers the knowledge to help them understand, plan their store and improve their business category by category; the range so that they can stock the best products, with great offers to boost profits; and to reward them with cash back,” he added.
The core points scheme will run in both the category and seasonal event features. ‘Core zones’ have been established in depots, while brochures, shelf talkers and points badges are also available.
