A few issues back, March 15 to be precise, I reported on Tushar Patel’s poor experience with Red Electronic Cigarettes (‘No puffing good’). Customers had been coming back to his shop for all the wrong reasons with these duff cigarettes. He complained to Red, he complained to me.

Would be rather good to report that it had been sorted. But no. The rep picked up the dead ciggies and promised him a refund on February 23. Still no joy. He has now told the company that if his little blaze-up isn’t extinguished within seven days, he is going to Trading Standards and the small claims court. Let’s hope it doesn’t drag on for much longer.
