Thought you might like to know that Hurendra Bhatt, frequently featured in C-Store and ousted from his kiosk spot at London's Highbury and Islington tube station last year by Network Rail because of redevelopment, hasn't given up.

His MP Emily Thornberry is chasing Network Rail over the fact that the station forecourt remains empty of vendors six months down the line (not fitting in with Network Rail's plan to maximise returns). She's pushing for the previous traders to be allowed back in pro tem.

Meanwhile, Hurendra, resourceful as ever, has a new Guardian/Observer-branded unit on wheels so he can still sell newspapers to commuters. When rush hour's over, he just wheels it into his shop.
