Ribena is launching Ribena Minis, a new range for kids with real fruit juice and no added sugar.

Available in Brilliant Blackcurrant, Oh So Yum Orange and Amazing Apple & Mango, these resealable bottles are aimed at parents with children on the go.

Each Ribena Minis bottle boasts a first-of-its-kind ‘Less Spill, Less Mess’ cap, which is exclusive to the category and Lucozade Ribena Suntory. Ribena’s in depth research with parent focus groups highlighted that current drink products can create mess. Ribena Minis cap allows liquid to be released only when gently squeezed.

To help drive sales within independent retailers, Ribena is creating free Point of Sale kits which will include shelf barkers, wobblers, an open/ closed sign, a chiller cling and two posters. 10,000 kits will be distributed through larger wholesale depots and will be available whilst stocks last.

The launch of Ribena Minis will be supported by an impactful £2.5 million campaign to boost awareness amongst gatekeeper parents and will focus on outdoor, digital and sampling activity. The campaign will aim to demonstrate the functionality of the innovative ‘Less Spill, Less Mess’ cap as well as other key brand messages.

The launch of the No Added Sugar Ribena Minis range is part of Lucozade Ribena Suntory’s commitment to accelerating growth in low calorie products and reducing calories by 20% per 100ml across its portfolio.

The Ribena Minis range will be distributed across wholesale, grocery, foodservice and convenience stores nationwide from August 22.
