Fine food confectioner Flower & White is introducing a range of premium dessert pots.

Custardz, a range of natural and indulgent chilled desserts, is available in five flavours: Madagascan Vanilla, Sticky Toffee, Belgian Chocolate, Passionfruit Curd and Strawberry.

The product uses smooth dessert custard, made with free-range eggs and double cream, which is then layered with sauce or compote.

Founder Brian Crowther said: “This is truly an exciting development for us. Our Custardz are luscious, smooth and enjoyable – and complemented by a sauce, curd or compote.”

The company produces a selection of products using its high quality free-range eggs, including its Swiss baked Merangz, Tweeners sharing cakes and Eggz ready-to-use yolks.
