Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd. (CCE) has launched its Coca-Cola Zero Cherry in single packs of 330ml and 500ml.

Cherry formats have been part of the Coca-Cola portfolio since 1985 and they are currently available in multipacks and 1.75ltr take home packs. With Cherry flavours in +22%[2] growth, the addition of Coca-Cola Zero Cherry in instant consumption packs will help retailers to grow their sales.

The launch will be backed by an above the line campaign and POS, as part of Coca-Cola Zero’s first multi-channel media campaign.

CCE director of operational marketing Caroline Cater said: “Coca-Cola Zero is growing ahead of the colas sector (MAT Nielsen & CCE Margin Minder Report), and given the popularity of both cherry flavours and on-the-go formats, our new Coca-Cola Zero Cherry is a great way to make the most of this opportunity.

“We’ve backed the launch with our biggest ever marketing spend to help drive consumer awareness, and we recommend retailers stock up on the new variant to encourage sales in the New Year.”

Coca-Cola Zero Cherry will be available in all pack formats, with 500ml and 330ml price-marked packs available at £1.00 and £0.49 respectively.
