Supplier Mevalco has unveiled a premium-quality new retail range designed to capture the imagination of retailers and consumers alike.

Direct from the heart of Spain, the collection brings together “the flavours, stories and soul of Spanish gastronomy,” and is available in formats developed especially for retail, it says.

“From sun-drenched olive groves to bustling village markets, our new range captures the real spirit of Spain,” says David Menéndez, managing director. “It’s about more than ingredients - it’s about sharing traditions, stories and flavours that have been passed down through generations.”

The range includes a vibrant selection of artisan cheeses, as well as a wide variety of olives, pickles and preserved vegetables bring colour and character to the shelves. These are joined by standout pantry staples, from first-harvest Nova Picual olive oil and refined sherry and red vinegars.

“Retailers are looking for standout products with real provenance, and their customers – the discerning consumer - wants food that excites them,” added Menéndez.
