Roy Gudka (Toy Box, London) writes: “Just to make retailers aware that I am having a problem with my Lotto printer as when a ticket is processed the ticket does not print and if you do not check, then you will be charged.

“When you realise it’s a mistake and ring Camelot they will say it’s not their fault and the staff should check every ticket. This happened to me a few days ago and today I was there as the problem presented and could have lost money. Hope this helps fellow retailers.”

I am assuming that the above makes sense to those retailers with lottery terminals. I’m also assuming that others may get in touch (including Camelot) with more intelligence on this subject.
