
With the rising demand for high-protein, health-conscious food continuing to shape convenience, chicken snack brand Taste Inc has unveiled a full brand refresh of its popular range of ready-to-eat snacks.
The new Taste Inc Protein range features a cleaner, more vibrant look highlighting the snack’s key credentials and macro nutritionals to target younger, health-conscious consumers who “don’t typically engage with traditional reformed meat snacking brands,” it says.
Taste Inc’s Real Flamegrilled Chicken Breast Fillets, which have sold over 40 million filets since 2017, are different – offering shoppers all the convenience of typically reformed meat snacks in individually wrapped, whole-muscle fillets.
“Whether they’re grabbing a single fillet on the go, or using our multipacks to fuel their meal prep and lunchboxes, we know our loyal shoppers value the range for being a cleaner, more natural option, and this refresh puts that message front and centre to engage new audiences,” said marketing manager, Hayley Rossiter
The refresh comes at a time of continued growth in the UK meat snacking category and the growing interest in health is driving further opportunities for growth in the category with health now a key consideration for shoppers.
“To support the refresh, we’re rolling out a national digital campaign targeting both our loyal and new shoppers, led by our new slogan: ‘Prepped and ready for anything.’ The refreshed identity is all about championing what makes Taste Inc stand out – real chicken breast fillets, strong nutritional credentials, and everyday convenience,” added Rossiter.
The range is low in saturated fat and sugar, HFSS compliant, and offers a cleaner, convenient protein solution for consumers. Original and Peri Peri are sold in multipacks of five individually wrapped fillets with an RRP of £3.
