KitKat will be certified Fairtrade in the UK and Ireland from this month, Nestlé has announced.
The first variant to carry the mark will be KitKat four-finger. The change is part of Nestlé's global Cocoa Plan a £65m investment over the next 10 years in programmes to address issues faced by cocoa farming communities.
