Bebeto launches Scrooge Sweetener to combat doorstep dread this Halloween (1)

Bebeto’s fun Scrooge Sweetener was designed to house its new range for trick-or-treaters.

Confectionery manufacturer Bebeto has unveiled its 2026 Halloween line-up, anchored by product innovation, Halal certification and an entry £1 price point on several lines.

With value remaining a critical footfall driver, the brand said it’s targeting both everyday impulse spend and planned trick-or-treat stock ups with its five key SKUs.

New for 2026 are Boo Crew Foamies, which come in six character shapes and carry and RRP of £1. At the same price this year, two returning favourites include the Witches Cauldron Mix and Witches Hair Sour Pencils.

At £2, the Spooky Mix Multi-bags contain 25 individually wrapped, vegan-friendly portions designed for portion control and trick-or-treating, while at £5 there will be a Gravity Box, described as a “high-volume display unit containing 45 individually wrapped vegan mini-bags, ideal for counter-top placement and larger sharing occasions.”

All SKUs are 100% Halal-certified with no artificial colours or flavours, while the multipacks cater directly to plant-based demand being vegan-certified.

Bebeto is currently supporting the range with consumer PR around “doorstep dread” (citing the 46% of Brits overwhelmed by doorbell trick-or-treaters), highlighting its novelty Scrooge Sweetener self-serve front-door sweet station, to drive seasonal buzz and social engagement.
