Designed to help businesses turn feedback moments into customer retention and sales opportunities, the feature is now included free of charge for all users.
In an economic climate where customer retention is paramount, the new screens give businesses a competitive edge, allowing them to display a branded message alongside a QR code - either before or after the feedback interaction.

The screen is now included as standard in every Smiley Touch subscription. It requires no extra integrations or manual processes and is operated entirely through the existing admin interface.
