The Convenience Leadership Programme has opened entries for 2024.
Taking place at the University of Surrey, the course is designed for area managers, buying teams, independent retailers, sales and market research specialists.
Run by Professor Sabine Benoit in partnership with the Association of Convenience Stores, the course will focus a wide range of topics including what’s changing in retail convenience and why; gaining the skills to make and implement effective decisions in this industry; acquiring a great network of like-minded people and how to move ahead in your career or your business.
The course runs on 10 days over the course of 12 weeks between April and July and involves a final project presentation focusing on one particular topic in convenience retailing.
