Stork, from Unilever UK, is rolling out a £1.6 million Christmas marketing campaign this month to support its latest innovation, Stork with Butter.
The campaign is being launched with a new TV advert, airing from November 23, which demonstrates how Stork with Butter offers consumers the best of both worlds; the perfect blend of Stork and Butter, creating fluffy festive cakes with delicious buttery and creamy smooth icing.
Stork’s TV ad depicts the baking of two Rudolph cakes - one using Stork with Butter and the other using conventional block butter - to show how easy it is to bake using Stork with Butter.
Unilever UK brand manager for Stork Rhiannon Carr said: “We’re very excited to launch our Christmas campaign promoting the latest addition to the Stork range, Stork with Butter, through our brand new TV advert. It communicates to consumers that ‘every cake’s a winner’ when you use Stork with Butter, creating light, fluffy cakes with rich, creamy icings and a buttery taste every time.”
The Christmas campaign will also be supported by digital display, VOD and sponsored social media activity, including Facebook.
Stork with Butter is available in 400g tub (rrp £1.99) in retail cases of 16.
