Sainsbury's Q1 results boosted by convenience and online

Sainsbury’s has reported a 0.2% rise in like-for-like sales in its first quarterly results for 2018, including healthy sales growth in its Local convenience stores and online business.

Online sales and convenience sales were up 7.3% and 3.6% respectively
