Both flavours of Tango Sours are now available in new 500ml bottles.

Tango has announced it’s offering five retailers the chance to each win a £200 cash prize to celebrate the recent launch of its Tango Sours soft drinks range.

The new zero-sugar range is available in two flavours - Watermelon and Tropical- and the competition is designed to help retailers capitalise on the excitement surrounding one of the brand’s biggest launches of the year, while driving visibility in-store.

Delivering refreshment with a sour twist, Tango Sours is hoping to appeal to younger consumers looking for more adventurous taste sensations.

The distinctive packaging matches Tango’s new visual identity unveiled earlier this year, and is designed to recruit shoppers and drive stronger appeal, particularly among Gen Z consumers.

Retailers are encouraged to put their own reactions to the drinks to the test. To enter, they simply need to register on the At Your Convenience site, stock any Tango Sours 500ml bottles or cans and enter a photo of their best sour face alongside the display.

David Laidler, brand director of carbonates at Carlsberg Britvic, said: “Tango Sours is already generating real excitement thanks to its bold flavours and standout shelf presence. We wanted to give retailers a fun and simple way to get involved with the launch, while rewarding those helping bring the range to life in stores. We’re looking forward to seeing retailers embrace their sour side for a chance to win.”

Retailers can enter the competition from today (8 June) until 12 July. The Tango Sours range is available in 4x330ml multipacks with an RRP of £4.09, 1.5 litre bottles (RRP £3.35) and new 500ml bottles (RRP £2.39).
