Coca-Cola Enterprises has added a new 100% juice to the Capri-Sun brand.
The juice will be available in orange and apple flavours from August and will count as one of the five daily recommended portions of fruit and vegetables.
CCE has also pledged to improve distribution of its standard Capri-Sun drink and is working on producing a single format for the independent trade.
The company currently sells 95% of the brand in multipacks in grocery but says that it is a sleeping giant which it would like to take forward and hopes a single format would do just that.
The brand will be backed by TV ads in June and August and a new website.
