Franklin & Sons is introducing its tonic in a new, 500ml sharing bottle. 

Available in the larger format will be the brands award-winning Natural Indian Tonic Water and Natural Light Tonic Water. Traditional Mixers are worth £150m and is one of the fastest growing categories, +14% in value & +9% in volume (Nielsen Scantrack Grocery Multiples, 52 w/e data to 31/12/2016).

The increase in value highlights a shift towards consumers’ willingness to pay more for craft brands. Franklin & Sons are seeing double digit growth in the off-trade (GBL Data Apr 17).

The new 500ml bottle, will be produced in the same bespoke, glass, embossed bottle as the current range.

Premium tonics are in high demand alongside the ongoing surge in gin, especially craft. With people now engaging in gin at home we want to provide a great tasting tonic that’s readily available to our consumers in a sharing format”.

The tonics are now available in the regular 200ml embossed bottle, 150ml can format as well as the new 500ml bottle. Made with all natural flavours, extract and colours and containing no preservatives or sweeteners, the drinks are also gluten free.
