Dilly and Wolf have launched ‘Roasters,’ a new range of pulse-based snacks available this month.

Inspired by the rich culinary history of baked and roasted pulses, Dilly & Wolf has created a selection of roasted, toasted and baked snacks in five variants, three of which are available to independent retailers via Tree of Life.

The range includes Coconut and Chilli Roasted Peas, Beans and Seeds, Soy and Ginger Roasted Peas, Beans and Seeds and Sweet and Salty Roasted Peas, Beans and Seeds, rrp £1.50.

Those only available to specific retailers include Wasabi & Horseradish Roasted British Peas and Sea Salt & Cider Vinegar Roasted British Fava Beans, also priced at £1.50.

According to Dilly and Wolf, pulses are a nutrient-dense source of protein and fibre that have been enjoyed as snacks throughout the Middle East, Mediterranean and India for centuries. The company is proud to source its British-grown pulses from Hodmedods, who work solely with small British farms.
