Three premium bread lines have been launched by Clayton Park Bakery across selected James Hall & Co. Ltd company owned Spar stores and independent retailers in response to market trends with the growth of sourdough sales.

The sourdough launch is being supported by digital marketing and brand new in-store POS highlighting the handmade nature of the products and Clayton Park’s heritage as an Accrington baker.

The new Clayton Park Bakery sourdough lines span a 450g half sliced Sourdough Boule White, a 450g half sliced Sourdough Boule Malted Flake, a 450g half sliced Sourdough Boule Multi Seed, a 900g Whole Unsliced Sourdough Boule White, a 900g Whole Unsliced Sourdough Boule Malted Flake and an 800g White Farmhouse Loaf with Sourdough.
