Just three of the 47 new lines listed in Delice De France’s Spring/Summer catalogue this year.

Food to go supplier Delice de France has launched its 2026 Spring/Summer catalogue, home to 47 new on-trend products across bread, patisserie, snacking and chilled.

This year’s catalogue sees sandwich fillings, pizza toppings, spreads and soup added, enabling retail customers to drive more value from their range and simplify their ordering processes.

Leading Delice’s new treats is a trio of Pastry Swirls in Maple & Pecan, Vanilla and Cinnamon & Hazelnut. Tapping into the trend for lighter treats, there’s also a new trio of mini muffins in Blueberry, Sicilian Lemon Curd and Chocolate Chip flavours.

Delice’s range also contains stand-out performers that tap into other bakery trends. For example, a Cheese Bretzel - a pretzel knot with a chewy interior and a lightly glazed crust for a distinctive finish - and a Funfetti Crodot, a ready to eat crodot finished with a smooth pink coating flavoured with strawberry.

With handheld bakery snacking continuing to drive growth and value for operators, Delice said it has also looked to world cuisines to continue to meet demand. Taking inspiration from the Caribbean, it’s introducing five savoury Jamaican Patties in Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Vegetable and Jerk Chicken varieties.

Delice is also launching a Chicken Curry Slice, offering chicken in a rich curry sauce, a Chilli Beef and Cheese Slice, as well as a Chicken Bake and Cheese & Onion Bake.

Meanwhile, a duo of savoury Scandi-inspired hand-twisted Knots in Spinach & Feta and Pepperoni & Cheese present a hearty standalone snack or premium sandwich carrier for outlets looking to elevate their lunch offering.

Last year, Delice de France extended into chilled food to go with a range of new sandwiches, wraps and heat-to-eat products, launched under its Delice to Go sub-brand.

Commenting on the launch, Thierry Cacaly, CEO, said: “Each year we challenge ourselves to go bigger and better with our Spring/Summer launch and the team have truly outdone themselves this year.

“Whether its stand-out treats and bread products or expansions in chilled that will help our customers drive sales, Delice de France’s range has once again grown stronger, and we can’t wait to hear what our customers think.”
