
Belvoir Farm is to strengthen its premium cordial portfolio with the launch of Rhubarb & Apple, tapping into the “growing demand for nostalgic flavours and real-fruit soft drinks,” it said.
Made with real rhubarb and apple juices and containing no artificial ingredients or sweeteners, the launch aligns with continued consumer preference for more natural, minimally processed soft drinks.
With 30% rhubarb juice, the product offers a “significantly higher real fruit content” than comparable skus currently on the market, where rhubarb variants typically contain minimal fruit and rely on flavourings and sweeteners.
Rolling out from the end of April, the launch addresses a clear gap within the cordial category. While rhubarb has seen increased visibility across adjacent sectors such as cider, flavoured water and tonics, it remains underdeveloped within squash and cordials, presenting an opportunity for differentiation.
