Retail staff share stories of abuse from customers

As part of Retail Trust’s Let’s Respect Retail campaign, shop workers have shared their experiences of physical and verbal abuse from customers.

Recent Retail Trust research revealed that 77% of staff have experienced intimidating behaviour over the past year, with 43% saying that they are being abused or attacked every week.
