
Booker has launched a new website and app designed to deliver a “faster, smarter” digital experience for its customers, suppliers and colleagues.
The wholesaler’s new digital platforms feature new branding and a refreshed look.
They boast “effortless navigation” and high-resolution photography in a bid to make shopping and discovering new products “easier and more enjoyable than ever”, said Booker.
Retailers can access tools such as visual shopping lists, personalised homepages tailored to their fascia and product pairing recommendations.
The website offered smarter ordering tools, enhanced search functionality and improved print layouts for lists and favourites, said Booker.
Shopping lists now display product images for “added clarity”, plus a one-click add-to-basket functionality.
With quick access to delivery details, customers can place orders with “speed and confidence” on desktop and mobile, added Booker.
A new ’Insights and Inspiration Hub’ has been added to the platforms to provide fresh ideas and practical resources to help businesses “stand out, boost footfall and innovate with confidence”, it said. Booker added that the hub is accessible to all, not just exsisting customers.
