Blakemore Trade Partners has launched a new mobile app for its Spar customers to order on the go.
The quickShop app is available now and free for both iOS and Android users. The platform enables retailers to order products from the full Spar range and have the items delivered directly to their stores.
The app also features a barcode scanner and profit-on-return (POR) calculator. Retailers can also filter the products they serach for, view their order history and set their favourite items.
AF Blakemore’s strategic projects director Simon Wiltshire said: “Our retailers are increasingly looking for mobile apps to make their lives easier and enable ordering on the go.
“For busy business owners, a mobile ordering app is a vital tool, and we are confident that it will deliver real benefits to our customers.”
Spar retailer and Gill Marsh Forecourts managing director Tom Dant added: “This new app has lots of great functions to save retailers time and is very easy to use and navigate.
”I like that I can see how much I’m spending as I shop, and the favourite products menu option provides a good platform to build a shopping list from.”
The app is available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Blakemore Trade Partners serves 751 independently-owned Spar stores.
