Swizzels is preparing for a sell-out Valentine’s season by adding new products to its Love Hearts range.
Swizzels share has grown, both at total market level and across channels, indicating the increasing importance of Valentine’s confectionery. Total Swizzels share of sugar confectionery increases by 16% over Valentine’s week compared to previous weeks (IRI: data 6 weeks to 14.02.2016 Value Total Coverage Defined Kids Sugar Confectionery).
Brand new for 2017, the Valentine’s collection features the Swizzels ‘Love-Letter’ which contains a bag of Mini Love Hearts.
Another new addition this Valentine’s Day are the Love Hearts Tins, filled with Love Hearts Mini rolls. The chrome tins come complete with individual messages iconic to the brand.
The number one selling treat over the Valentine’s period is also back again for 2017 – the classic Love Hearts Gift Tube. The tube is packed with Mini Love Hearts rolls.
Another consumer favourite is the ‘I Love You This Much’ Love Hearts tube. The giant tube is filled with rolls of Mini Love Hearts.
