Unilever UK has recalled its Wall’s Mini Milk Vanilla Strawberry & Chocolate Ice Cream Lollies because they contain milk and may contain nuts (pistachios), peanuts and soya which are not mentioned in English on the label.

This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance.

The 10x35ml packs have prompted the Food Standards Agency to instruct Unilever to contact the relevant allergy support organisations. Point of sale notices will be displayed in all retail stores selling this product. These notices explain to customers why the product is being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the product.

The affected packs carry a best before date of May 2027.

The FSA says if customers have bought the products and have an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents and/or an allergy to nuts (pistachios) and/or an allergy to peanuts and/or soya, then do not eat them.

For further information and to obtain a refund, they are also advised to contact the Unilever careline team at ukicare@unilever.com.
